Attention Charitable Organizations...

If your community-based charitable organization provides shelter and services to persons in need or provides shelter and services to unwanted pets or animals, FormDocs will donate its forms software in order to help reduce your paperwork and lower your administrative costs. 

Please note that the following types of organizations do not qualify for this offer: Private or denominational non-profit organizations; any organization funded by local tax or levy; any organization substantially funded by state or federal government grant; any organization that charges fees, other than soliciting voluntary contributions, for their services. To apply for consideration, please do the following:

Ask your charitable organization's Chairperson, CEO,  President, or Executive Director to make a request for Formdocs software in writing, on your organization's official letterhead. Each request must: describe the activities and profile of the organization; include the organization's IRS or Tax Authority-issued charitable status Tax ID number; indicate the Formdocs product name and number of licenses desired. Upon verification of the information provided, your qualifying organization will receive a donation of Formdocs software.

Note that foreign-based and International charitable organizations are also welcome to apply.
