SOFTWARE VERSION - At this time Formdocs
can only recover lost registration codes for Formdocs
software versions 7.0 and above. If you have Formdocs software version 6.9 or earlier then do not
proceed; you cannot purchase the Formdocs
Software Registration Code Recovery Service.
CUSTOMER
IDENTITY - At the time you provide your credit card information to
purchase a registration code recovery you must specify in the order form
fields at least one of the following: the exact same cardholder-name as the
person who originally purchased Formdocs or, the
exact same billing address as the person who originally purchased Formdocs (use this option if Formdocs
was purchased by an employee who is no longer with your organization) or,
the exact same e-mail address as the person who originally purchased Formdocs. Please note that no exceptions to these
requirements will be made under any circumstances.
DELIVERY
METHODS: If you provide an e-mail address that exactly matches the
e-mail address that was originally used to purchase Formdocs
then your recovery information will be sent to you at that e-mail address.
Otherwise a first-class letter of instructions will be postal-mailed to
you. In both cases you will receive a copy of the original software
registration codes for the exact same Formdocs
product, version, and license quantity that was originally purchased. No
other delivery determinations or methods are available.
DISQUALIFICATION - If you purchase the Formdocs
Software Registration Code Recovery Service without meeting both the
Software Version and Customer Identity requirements then you will be
notified of your disqualification and your $20 payment will be
applied to a records research fee. For this reason, please ensure that
you meet both requirements before you attempt to purchase a registration
code recovery.
BEFORE
YOU PURCHASE - Take one last look around for your Formdocs
software registration codes! If you purchased a Formdocs
CDROM, your registration codes are printed on the packing slip that
accompanied your shipment; you may have saved that document in a file
cabinet or desk drawer. If you purchased a software
download without a CDROM, your registration codes are contained in an
e-mail message that was sent to you at the time you purchased; if you did
not delete this message it may still be in your inbox or some other folder
- search your folders for the term 'Formdocs'.
REFUNDS - Refunds for the Formdocs Software Registration Code Recovery Service
are not available.
